Impeachment Odds
A friendly constitutional reminder:
Impeachment is not removal.
The House of Representatives has the power to impeach a president. The Senate has the power to convict and remove that president, which requires a two-thirds vote of senators present.
Donald Trump has already been impeached twice. As you may have noticed, neither occasion resulted in his removal.
So, while the odds below reflect the probability of impeachment, they do not reflect the probability of President JD Vance.
For that, we'd need a different market.
Because hope is not a statistical methodology.
